By creating an account or using HelpMeMove, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What HelpMeMove is

HelpMeMove is software that organizes relocation planning: checklists, timelines, a country playbook, and an AI coach. It is not legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice. Always verify rules with official sources and qualified professionals.

Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account and for people you invite onto a move.

Plans and payments

The Free plan is currently the live product. Paid “Pro” features are listed as upcoming and are not billed until we enable payments. We will tell you before charging a card.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the AI, scrape the service, attempt to access other users’ moves, or use HelpMeMove for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other people.

Availability

We provide the service “as is”. Plans, playbooks, and AI answers can be incomplete or out of date. We are not liable for missed visas, housing, or other relocation outcomes.
