Privacy Policy

HelpMeMove helps people plan an international move. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

What we collect

Account data (name, email, password hash), relocation details you enter (origin, destination, dates, household, work situation), plans and tasks generated for your move, chat messages with the AI coach, and invite emails you send to a partner.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, generate a relocation plan, keep your checklist, limit free AI chat, send invite or password-reset emails, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors

Depending on configuration, we may use a database host, an AI provider (for plan generation and chat), and an email provider (Resend) to deliver transactional messages. Those providers only receive what they need to perform that job.

Your rights

You can update your profile in Settings. To export or delete your account, email us from the Contact page. If you are in the EEA/UK, you can also object to processing or ask for a copy of your data.
